1. Everest Base Camp Trekking

Trekking to the Everest Base Camp also popular as EBC trek among adventure lovers is the most beautiful trekking trail of the Everest Region. Every year more than 30,000 of the trekkers will trek to Everest base camp. Everest Base Camp Trek is famous for its spectacular mountain views of the worlds tallest mountain Mount Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and many other peaks. Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla & trek to Phakding – 4 hours.

Day 02: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar – 6 hours.

Day 03: Rest day at Namche Bazaar. (You can visit Khumjung valley) – 5 hours.

Day 04: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche – 6 hours

Day 05: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche – 5 hours.

Day 06: Acclimatization day at Dingboche. (visit to Nagarjuna Hill) – 5 hours.

Day 07: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche – 5 hours.

Day 08: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep(take a day trip to Everest Base Camp) – 8 hours.

Day 09: Trek from Gorakshep to Pheriche (early morning trip to Kalapatthar)(5,545m) – 8 hours.

Day 10: Trek down from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar – 7 hours.

Day 11: Trek back from Namche Bazaar to Lukla – 7 hours.

Day 12: Fly back to Kathmandu – 40 minutes.

2. Upper Mustang Trekking

The Upper Mustang trek will give you the opportunity to explore the hidden world of the old Buddhist kingdom of Mustang. The peoples of the Upper Mustang will follow Tibetan culture, language, and geography.

To reach upper Mustang, you need to take a flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, or you can also take a drive to Beni and further start a trek from there. Here is the best itinerary for Upper Mustang trek.

Day 01: Drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu – 7 hours.

Day 02: Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom & trek to Kagbeni – 4 hours.

Day 03: Trek from Kagbeni to Chele – 6 hours.

Day 04: Trek from Chele to Syanbochen – 7 hours.

Day 05: Trek from Syanbochen to Ghaymi – 5 hours.

Day 06: Trek from Ghaymi to Charang – 4 hours.

Day 07: Trek from Charang to Lo Manthang – 5 hours.

Day 08: Rest Day at Lo Manthang(explore around Lo Manthang).

Day 09: Trek back from Lo Manthang to Drakmar – 7 hours.

Day 10: Trek back from Drakmar to Ghiling – 6 hours.

Day 11: Trek back from Ghiling to Chuksang – 6 hours.

Day 12: Trek back from Chuksang to Jomsom – 6 hours.

Day 13: Fly back from Jomsom to Pokhara Flight & Drive back to Kathmandu.

3. Manaslu Circuit Trekking

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of the most challenging trekking of Nepal. Trekking to Manaslu circuit was not opened to foreigners till 1992. Nowadays also to trek in Manaslu region you need to make special permit from Government of Nepal, and it is also not possible to do the trek without trekking guide. Manaslu circuit trek will give you the opportunity to explore the remote region of Nepal.

The breathtaking mountain views of Himalchuli, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and other sounding peaks are the main attraction of this trekking.

Starting from the remote village of Gorkha, Soti Khola to crossing the Larkya La pass at an altitude of 5,106 m is an incredible journey for adventure lovers around the world.

Day 01: Drive to Soti Khola from Kathmandu – 9 hours.

Day 02: Trek from Soti Khola to Maccha Khola – 6 hours.

Day 03: Trek from Maccha Khola to Jagat – 7 hours.

Day 04: Trek from Jagat to Deng – 7 hours.

Day 05: Trek from Deng to Namrung – 7 hours.

Day 06: Trek from Namrung to Sama Ro – 6 hours.

Day 07: Rest Day & trip to Birendra Lake – 5 hours.

Day 08: Trek from Sama Ro to Samdo – 4 hours.
