The customer is always right. Yes, that’s right. In IT, the customer is not always right. A person often doesn’t understand what he wants and what the result should look like. Even if he does – will it be effective? “I think it will look good on the website, and this text will interest visitors. No, it won’t. You as a specialist – do not be afraid to talk about it. After all, if you end up fulfilling all the customer’s wishes, and the result leaves much to be desired – the claims will be made against you.
