You also need to show your employees exactly what you are doing with the information you collect. What are you going to do with the surveys? Are you going to tally up the results? Are you going to follow up on something? If your employees feel like what they say actually matters, they will be more likely to be honest with you. Furthermore, you can also improve your retention rates because people want to work at a company that they know values what they have to say.
